Am I invited?
This is open to all 2026 leaders of Grace UMC. That includes the Ad Board, all three Standing Teams (SCC, S&B, B&G), the Missions Team, the Outreach Team, UWF Leadership Team, UMM leaders, Nominations Team, and the Education Team. Other elected leaders are invited, but there may be some down time as these groups meet.

What if I don't have a tablet or computer?
You can still attend and participate without it, but much of the reporting, document/record keeping, and communication is done by email and our website. This training day is where you'll learn how to operate those.

What's the food?
Grace will provide moderate easy breakfast (coffee, fruit, pastries, and yogurt) and a quick lunch with a sandwich bar, chips, cookies, and a drink. If you'd like more, feel free to bring it.​​

Who is our guest speaker?
Rev. Bill Selby, creator and mentor of the Center for Pastoral Effectiveness of the Rockies, is a longtime United Methodist pastor who has integrated Family Systems theory into ministry since the 1970s. After decades of pastoral leadership and the founding of Growth With Integrity Resources, he developed the Center to support clergy across many denominations throughout the western United States.
